Awesome.
I tried to take Molly to the only non-kill shelter in the area that takes owner surrenders. She failed their intake test miserably. She’s too much of a butt-head, and they won’t take her. Awesome.
I also just got a rejection letter for an article I submitted to a magazine. Double awesome.
Ammon and I are trying to figure out if he should move out for awhile, in order to give us both some breathing space while we’re working through things. Triple awesome.
Today can suck it.
I hope today sucks it bigtime. At least you got that article out…mine is still in my head.
PS - Is it tacky to suggest you and your loved one listen to some Captain and Tenille? If so, please disregard that last sentence.
I hope your weekend is seriously not-sarcastic awesome. And you tell us how things got much better.

That sucks about Molly… do you want any help trying to find a home for her? I have Monday and Tuesday off, I could probably find someone with a good home in those two days…

Don’t know if it will help, but my mantra through hard times like these (we all have them, beleive me) is: this too shall pass. It will go away, eventually. It will all get better.
How are your girls doing? You haven’t mentioned them in a while.

I’m so sorry you had a sucky day. The good thing about sucky days is that they don’t last forever. Yeah, I know your sucky day has been stretching out for some time now

Hmmm… are there any breed specific rescues in your area?? do you KNOW any parts of her breed? Did you try posting on Craigslist? You will probably get some mean responses from the animal nuts but it is still a good place to rehome an animal. There is a huge animal community there.
Hope things start looking up soon. My eyeballs still hurt, thanks a lot!
